Our Core Values
School of Excellence
The National PTA School of Excellence program helps strengthen communication and collaboration within school communities, encouraging thoughtful, data-driven decisions that lead to lasting positive results. This recognition celebrates and supports strong partnerships between local PTAs and schools, all with the goal of enriching students’ educational experiences and promoting their overall well-being.
Thank you to everyone who has shared their feedback! We are excited to share that the Babylon K-6 PTA, along with BES and BMGS, has submitted our results and goals to the 2025-2026 National PTA School of Excellence program. It is now time to focus on new initiatives and implement our goals.
We will again need your voice in April/May. Stay tuned! Your input plays a key role in building an even more connected community and celebrating our schools’ achievements. The designation as a National PTA School of Excellence is for two academic years. The honorees will be announced in August 2026, and we hope to be able to bring this designation to BES and BMGS.

We are proud to share that the Babylon K–6 PTA has been honored with two New York State PTA Membership Awards for 2025–2026: the Savvy Award and the Trailblazer Award, recognizing that our PTA is in good standing and achieved 100% of our membership goals by October 31.
These accomplishments were made possible by our incredible parents, caregivers, teachers, school staff, and community members. Your support and partnership strengthen our school community and help us better serve our students.

Our first Family & Friends Raffle event was a wonderful success! A heartfelt thank you to our amazing community for your generous donations and for coming out to support the event, we truly appreciate it. We’d also like to extend a big thank you to our dedicated committee for all the time, effort, and teamwork that went into making it such a memorable evening!
